Unable to fasten with the clip

Can’t fasten the roll back, I can’t fasten the strap through the clip which is tiny!

Excellent bag, excellent customer service

I'm loving my Millican bag. In fact I didn't keep the bag pictured above because I decided I needed the larger 20L version for my cycling commute. So I now have the ocean blue 20L and love it (I was tempted to keep both). The customer service for my exchange was second to none: you actually get a prompt, friendly reply from a real person! Will be going back for some more purchases.
