We’re passionate about the products we sell and the service we offer. It’s important to us that you’re equally happy with your Millican products.
If for any reason this isn’t the case, we offer FREE RETURNS within the UK, simply email Heidi at email@example.com and she will advise you of the next steps. Once returned, we’ll either exchange your order or give you a refund within 21 days from the date you received them (sale items must be returned within 7 days from receipt).
Extended Christmas Returns
We are extending the returns period for orders purchased for Christmas (any order from end of November onwards) – please let us know by Monday 9th January 2017 if you would like to return or exchange any new/unused product.
All returned items must be “as sold” (not used, soiled or damaged in any way), including their original tags.

How to return your product?
The packing note included in your original parcel doubles as a returns form – please highlight the reason for the return and include the form in the parcel you are sending back to us. Knowing the reasons for your return will help us to get it right next time.
If you don’t have the original packing note anymore, just include a note with the parcel stating your order number, return reasons and contact details.
Please make sure the products are packaged securely – we’re more than happy for you to re-use our packaging, as long as it’s still “post-worthy” to ensure the products are not damaged in transit.
If you’re returning products from outside of the EU (e.g. Channel Islands) please also attach a customs declaration clearly describing the goods as “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS”.
Since the responsibility and liability of the products remains with you until they arrive back here with us, we recommend you use a registered and insured postage service to return your Millican product.
