Shipping your product as efficiently as possible reduces the environmental impact of our products. We have chosen Parcelforce and UPS as our main shipping partners to make this happen in the UK.
Our site will automatically work out the most cost-effective shipping option for you, based on a combination of the destination, the product(s) and the parcel weight. If you need to make any changes to your delivery choice, you can always do so during the checkout process.
Our standard mainland UK shipping rate is £4.95 per shipment for parcels up to 30 kg. Delivery costs may vary to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Subject to stock availability, the majority of orders received before 11am will be despatched the same working day for next day delivery (*). Naturally this will be much harder to achieve at peak times (for example at Christmas, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day) and for those periods we recommend allowing at least 5-7 working days for despatch
(*) Standard mainland UK parcels will be sent for non-guaranteed next working day delivery. Although in most cases your parcel will arrive the following working day, please allow c1-3 working days for the parcel to reach your delivery address, just in case
During checkout, you will be given 3 options for Special Delivery – the exact cost varies, depending on destination and parcel weight.

We are able to ship to a large number of countries worldwide. To check whether your country of choice is part of this, you can update your destination country either in your account or on the basket page.
All the prices on our website are in pound sterling, including VAT. These prices apply to orders delivered to destinations in the UK and the European Union.
Please note that for orders delivered outside the European Union, you will not be charged VAT. In this case, our site will automatically deduct VAT before you check out. It is likely you will still need to pay your own country’s customs fees and import duties though, so please make sure you check this before confirming your order.
At any time, you can track your order’s progress & delivery by logging into your Millican account. Once your order has been despatched, we will provide you with the parcel tracking number.
All our deliveries will need a signature on delivery, unless you state otherwise at the time of ordering and you’re comfortable this is at your own risk. Your delivery begins when your product starts its original journey from our producers. In most cases we are able to use packaging specific to Millican – where this is the case, we have chosen 100% recycled and 100% recyclable packaging.
At the moment we are finalising a more detailed overview to show you on which products we have already achieved our goal of 100% recycled and 100% recyclable packaging, and where we still have more work to do. Watch this space…
Although we use email wherever possible, the paper we use for all our stationery, your packing note, and our internal wrapping is all 100% recycled and 100% recyclable already. Where we can, we will email your order confirmation and, if requested, your invoice.
From time to time, you may spot our “Re-used by Millican” stamp on all sorts of boxes and packaging from other companies. It may not always look pretty, but it saves trees. We think that’s worth it.
