Inspired by Millican Dalton's own hand made travel rucksacks - "Handicraft, made by a years user", as he used to advertise his backpacks. We added modern functionality and upgraded the materials to hard-wearing weatherproofed organic cotton and waterproof recycled polyester. We left off Millican Dalton's carrying pole though.
The result is an understated, multi-functional, weatherproof rucksack, equally at home on the Lakeland fells as in an urban environment. And surprisingly light weight.
